Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days. We do our best to ship as quickly as possible, sometimes same day. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days for delivery in transit.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to all 50 US states. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after processing. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout. Keep in mind that we cannot control weather-related delays.
International Shipping
We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the customer's responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Timber & Tide Luthier is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
