In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail address, and/or billing address, and/or phone number provided at the time the order was placed. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

All inlay designs, including those displayed on our website, products, and custom work, are the exclusive intellectual property of Timber & Tide Luthier. We retain all rights, title, and interest in and to these designs.

**Custom Inlay Designs:** Any custom inlay design created by Timber & Tide Luthier for a customer will remain the intellectual property of Timber & Tide Luthier. Unless the customer explicitly purchases the rights to the design, the business reserves the right to reproduce, sell, and otherwise utilize the design as we see fit. The pricing for purchasing design rights will depend on the design's complexity and the specific item, and will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

# 5. Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability

We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We do not warrant that the results that may be obtained from the use of the service will be accurate or reliable.

You agree that, from time to time, we may remove the service for an indefinite period or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

**Specifically, Timber & Tide Luthier is not liable for any damages or injuries resulting from the neglect, improper handling, or misuse of instruments, parts, or accessories purchased from us or serviced by us.**

For any custom inlay work, or for the general care of our instruments, parts, and accessories, specific care must be taken to ensure the longevity and integrity of the piece. Please refer to the detailed insert included in your package for comprehensive instructions on cleaning, care, installation, and/or removal.

If you did not receive an insert, or if you require further assistance or clarification regarding the care of your item, please reach out to us immediately to request one **before** attempting any cleaning, installation, or removal of parts. Improper care can lead to damage for which we are not responsible.

# 7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Maryland, USA
