Accessories Return Policy
To initiate a return for an accessory, you must notify us via email within 7 days of delivery. Please include photographs of both the front and back of the item, along with a description of the issue. These photos are essential for confirming the item's new condition and providing evidence to USPS in the event of transit damage during the return process.
You have a total of 14 days from the delivery date to return the item. This means the item must either be delivered to us or be in transit by the 14th day. We recommend shipping your item back promptly to ensure it meets this deadline. Do not wait until the 13th day to ship your item :)
Packaging Guidelines for Returns:
When returning accessories, it is crucial to package them securely. Please use sufficient padding, reinforce the package with sturdy cardboard, and, if possible, place the item in a poly bag (plastic) to protect all contents. USPS automated processing equipment can cause damage, and you are responsible for ensuring the items are adequately protected during transit. Please be aware that items damaged during return shipping cannot be returned or refunded.
We recommend using USPS Ground Advantage for your return, as it includes up to $100 in insurance coverage. While retail shipping costs typically range from $7 to $14, we can provide a cheaper return label upon request, as business shipping rates are lower. Please note that all shipping costs, both original and return, are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund. As of May 2026, the average cost for shipping a 4-oz package is $6.50.
Restocking Fees:
  • A 20% restocking fee applies to returns of made-to-order items.
  • A 10% restocking fee applies to all other returns.
This restocking fee will be waived if you are exchanging the item for another of equal or greater value. Custom pieces, defined as designs agreed upon specifically with the customer, are non-refundable.
Non-Refundable Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Even if your original shipping was marked as "free," the actual shipping charges incurred will be deducted from your refund for all returns.
