Accessories Return Policy
When returning accessories, package them securely, use sufficient padding or reinforce them with sturdy cardboard, and, if possible, place them in a poly bag (plastic) to safeguard all contents. USPS automated processing equipment can cause damage, and you're responsible for ensuring items are protected in transit. Please note that items damaged in transit cannot be returned or refunded; ensure they are well packaged.
Made-to-order returns have a 20% restocking fee, and all other returns have a 10% fee. If you are swapping for another item of equal or higher value, I will waive this fee.
We do not offer refunds for shipping costs, even if your shipping was marked as free. We will deduct actual shipping charges from all returns.
