Ukulele Return Policy
When returning a ukulele, it’s essential to package it securely with sufficient padding or reinforce it with sturdy cardboard, as I did. The automated processing equipment used by USPS can cause damage, and it’s your responsibility to ensure the item is protected during transit. Please note that items damaged in transit cannot be returned or refunded. Package them well and ensure (use ShipSaver, as they are the least expensive). A 10% restocking fee applies to all returns. However, if you are exchanging for another item of equal or higher value, I will waive this fee. There are no refunds for shipping; even if your shipping was free, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from all returns. For ukuleles, this can range from $15 to $40.
